The Tempe Chamber of Commerce’s 2009 State of the Schools Address was an incredible informative and exciting event! We learned so much from our amazing panelists and soon will be sharing with you their ideas on how to improve our educational community.

Quality Education Adds Value To Our Community

Through prudent financial planning the Kyrene School District has weathered the economic meltdown better than many area school districts. Thankfully, despite the economic woes of our state, Kyrene has been able to improve the quality of education through the voters’ approval of overrides and bond programs.

State of the Schools Address Announced

Each year this event provides a chance for the public to meet with a panel of educators to learn the condition of the Valley’s educational institutions and determine how the community can assist in strengthening them. The State of the Schools Address consistently provides participants with new tools, ideas and methods for working with the educational community in a mutually beneficial manner.
