Vic Linoff to be Honored with Spirit of Tempe Award

Vic Linoff will be presented with the Tempe Chamber of Commerce’s Spirit of Tempe Award at the 16th Annual Breakfast for Chamber Champions on Feb. 21 at the Embassy Suites Tempe. The award recognizes lifetime achievements of service, dedication and contribution to the community and honors hard work and strong commitment to improving the quality of life in Tempe.

Beth Fiorenza to Receive Outstanding Community Leader Award

Tempe Leadership will award its highest honor, the Outstanding Community Leadership Award, to Beth Fiorenza at the Tempe Chamber of Commerce’s Breakfast for Chamber Champions event on Feb. 21 at the Fiesta Resort Conference Center.

Business Excellence Awards Finalists Named

The 2011 finalists are Benefits by Design, a full-service group insurance firm; Brock Supply, a national wholesaler of aftermarket auto parts; Honey Moon Sweets, a gourmet bakery; IKEA, an international home furnishing company; Morrison Vein Institute, a therapeutic vein treatment center; and Veolia Transportation, operators of Valley Metro bus system.
